There are more and more brokers in the Indonesian market. How does Maxco compete with them and ensure their market position?
Arsenius：
We offffer more than 70 Forex products, not only Forex and precious metals. As well as providing stock CFDs according to user needs. Then, our spreads and trading costs are the lowest among other local brokers in Indonesia. Also, I believe that the excellent client service I just mentioned is one of the best brokers in Indonesia.

Is there a threshold limit for deposits and with drawals in MAXCO? When users encounter problems during this process, how can they report their problems?
Arsenius：
Currently we still support a minimum deposit of 100 USD, but this amount may change in the future. The minimum spread for Forex products is 0.60, while the minimum spread for gold is 0.08. As for the overnight interest part, Maxco provides 11 opportunities for overnight interest-free. In terms of deposits and withdrawals, Maxco will not charge additional fees for it. Both traders and investors can deposit their funds at any time of the working day, and their orders will be processed within an hour or even minutes and go directly to their trading account.
In terms of withdrawals, clients can withdraw their funds at any time. But it will only be processed on working days. The time would be from Monday to Friday and from 9 am to 6 pm. Orders that exceed the time will be processed the next day.
If clients encounter problems with deposit and withdrawal, they can contact their exclusive client service at any time, and we will respond to your problem and solve it within two minutes. If clients have any dissatisfaction with our client service, they are also welcome to come to our office to report your questions.

Indonesian users will be worried that the funds they use for tradings will be misappropriated, or that the funds will not go anywhere. How does Maxco handle the trading funds?
Arsenius：
In order to ensure the safety of clients’ funds, in addition to being regulated by BAPPEBTI, Maxco is also a member of KBI, an institution that helps clients maintain and supervise brokerage accounts. Besides, Maxco has two bank accounts, an operating bank account and a segregated account for clients funds. Therefore, it will be safe for the clients’ funds that are in our hands, because they are separated from Maxco operated bank accounts, and Maxco will not use it as operational needs.

If a broker is regulated by multiple regulators, what should Indonesian users pay attention to when choosing the broker to open an account?
Arsenius：
Unlike other compliant brokers internationally; in Indonesia, we have one and only one regulator, we call it BAPPEBTI (Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Authority), which regulate and records all Indonesian brokers. If a broker wants to do business in Indonesia, he must obtain a license issued by BAPPEBTI. And the accounts of these compliant brokers are supervised in real-time by them. Therefore, as long as the clients’ broker account is regulated by BAPPEBTI, their funds can be guaranteed.

In 2022, will Maxco have some new development or product update plans to improve client trading experience?
Arsenius：
In the new year, Maxco is expected to list a number of stock products, especially Hong Kong stocks.
